The coaching sessions are designed to facilitate those to dive inwards for personal growth and transformation.

Practitioners sometimes refer to spiritual awakenings as “dark night of the soul”. During this transition, it’s beneficial to hold a safe space for your support and guidance.

A consultation is required before agreeing to private coaching to determine the best way to work together.

The coaching session itself includes, but not limited to, clearing energy & space, grounding techniques, talking therapy and a personal worksheet. The objective is to uncover the root cause of the issue so you can progress.
