The Invitation:
This is an invitation to create a safe space for your inner child to play, heal and be loved. Most of our adult trauma (e.g. disruptive coping mechanisms, negative repetitive behaviour) stems from our childhood. Along the way we may have faced abandonment, rejection and shame leading us to trauma responsive behaviour. In the intimate space of The Mat Sanctuary, we invite you for a candle lit ceremony focusing on healing our inner child wounds and playing with friends.
