Invitation:
A safe space to Release, Rest and Restore. Join Zinzi Yin Yoga teacher and
Giap Sound Therapist for a session of deep healing. We will start with a Yin practice where
you can expect to hold deep, passive stretches that focus on different meridians in the body.
This encompasses Chinese medicine theory, as well as targeting deeper tissues in the
physical body. This practice is slow, floor based, mindful, and introspective and promotes a
calming of the nervous system. As we move through various Yin poses you will be bathed in
the powerfully soothing vibrations of a crystalline sound bath by Giap.
What to expect: We will begin opening our sacred space with guided meditation to ground
and set intentions. Zinzi will then guide us through Yin poses whilst Giap works with the
crystal bowls to assist you with deeper relaxation. You will then be led into savasana for full
surrender of the immersive sound bath. As we draw our time to a closing coming together
with a sharing circle.
CRYSTAL SOUND BATH: This crystal bowl sound bath has been curated to quieten the mind
and provide a gateway to inner peace, as we ground into our bodies, and open our hearts.
The perfect preparation for the new week. When we are out of energetic alignment, the
healing vibrations of the crystal singing bowls work to release blocked energies and gently
guide you back into a state of harmony.
Sound healing is most powerful when paired with intention (frequency + intention =
healing).

Sharing Circles allow participants to identify all feelings, to express thoughts fully, and to
experience the art of sharing and listening deeply through Spirit. Sharing Circle allows us to
learn from each other and develop strong relationships built on trust and acceptance.
Sharing what is in our heart and mind is a simple and yet profoundly powerful tool which
supports the journey towards clear, confident, and fluid communication.
You will be guided with some reflective prompts that you can journal or share with the
group.
Who is this for:
Anyone and everyone! This is a safe space to explore your body and embrace your unique
sensuality. Our circle is co gender and non-denominational. Everyone is welcome. If you're
interested in moving spiritual practice into effective action, then this is the place for you.
