This workshop is created with the intention to come together under the New Moon focusing on the Throat Chakra. Having this chakra too wide open will remove any verbal filters which could lead to miscommunication. On the contrary, when the throat chakra is closed or blocked, physical symptoms are sore throat, neck and shoulder stiffness and tension headaches. This event will helps to maintain the right balance.
