Immersive Sound Bath & Guided Meditation Description

The Invitation:

We will open with a guided meditation to reflect and ground. Using breath and guided visualisation, we can begin cutting ties with thoughts and beliefs that no longer serve us. This is an invitation to rest, release and receive through a fully immersive experience with sound bath instruments including crystal sound bowls, chimes and more.

This is a gathering for our community to work towards a world where difference is valued and celebrated.

What’s involved:

- Opening guided meditation and grounding

- Sound Bath with a guided meditation to release thoughts and beliefs that no longer serve you.

- Closing Thoughts

Who is it for?

- Anyone (he/she/they)

- No previous experience is required with sound or meditation

What you need:

• Pillow

• Eye Mask

• Water (Soft drinks are available to purchase from studio)

• Optional: Blanket (note studio is warm), Bolster - to support under the knees, pen & paper

Giap Tongsayor is an Intuitive Energy Healer, Reiki Master Teacher, and Well-being Coach. She works closely with sound through her team of crystal bowls, instruments, and light language channeled through her voice.
